As part of DoorDash's agency of record, my team shifted the brand's social content strategy from meme-led posts toward a more editorial visual language, while still maintaining a goofy tone. I led art direction for video shoots, content creation, and video editing for the Halloween and Back-to-School campaigns, both of which drove significant engagement and went viral.

The creative brief was a reframe: DoorDash isn't just food delivery — it's a one-stop shop for everything. Through social-forward content built for each platform, we expanded consumer perception of what the brand could offer and drove measurable increases in awareness and usage across new categories.
